Can anyone tell me if it's possible to set-up a recurring weekly meeting within smartsheet for about 15 participants and include weekly agenda items? Thank you.
We accomplish this by using the "Send Update Request" feature on one of our sheets. Our Meetings are on Monday mornings and the update request automatically goes at each Friday with a reminder as well as to request agenda items. Each staff member is expected to complete and submit the update request. The staff member in charge of the weekly meeting compiles the responses in the weekly agenda. After the meeting the minutes are placed on the same row.
So we basically use one row from one sheet to: send reminders, gather agenda items, and maintian meeting minutes

I have set this up as line item called meeting, seems to be working well will see if the update send on due date, but so far so good, thanks for useful suggestion !
