Workspace Project Tabs

I have searched and cannot find the answer to my question.

 

I have several project tabs open but when I switch from one to another, it last tab will arbitrarily change to a different project from my Sheets list.  (I have marked some as favorites hoping this would keep them open but it doesn't.)  I then have to go to my Sheets list and find my project again.

 

Is there a way to "lock" the project tabs on my workpace?

Hello Cheryl—there isn't a way to lock the tabs across the top to prevent sheets from changing or the order being changed.

 

Typically, the appearance and order of sheets is preserved unless you either close a sheet, or open different sheets (this is similar behavior to how browser tabs work).

 

If you find this isn't happening, I'd recommend emailing Support@Smartsheet.com and they can troubleshoot further.
