Why are the blue arrows suddenly missing from cells with Inbound Links?

I see discussion from below from last week was closed, but I am experiencing the same issue with the missing blue arrows for Inbound Links. The formula is there, the information is pulling properly; however, the blue arrows are missing. These blue marking were very useful for providing users with a visual overview for tracing the formula. Anyone else having issues or is this functionality no longer available in Smartsheet ?
