Hi all, I am trying to do the same thing and read this post. I want to show which phase of the plan is currently active by showing the parent task description. In plan example below the yellow lines shows the descriptions I need. You will see the third phase of this plan (Defined,Scoped and Analyse) is the current phase as the ones above are 100% complete. I used the formula you mentioned in this thread =INDEX(CHILDREN([Task Description]@row);COUNTIFS(CHILDREN([% Complete]@row);@cell=1)+1) but amd getting unparseable. Any ideas please? Screen shot of the relevant columns of my plan are shown below:-
