I understand completely. Hmm... Let me think on a few things, and I will get back to you as soon as I am able. I have a few ideas, but I want to test them out first.

Will the user already know around which date they will want to book a time slot for? Do they know the date exactly, which week, which month, or are they just looking at a generalized calendar to see what is open?

Before opening Smartsheets they would know what date and time they would want to book for. Then they open Smartsheet, see the available slots in the calendar. If there is a slot available at their desired time then they would book the slot using the form.
