Updating a dropdown list originating in Jira

We have created a webform, based on a sheet that sync's information with Jira. The Webform allows users to create a Jira issue and update the SmartSheet. We recently updated the values in a dropdown field within Jira. This field is set to a two-way sync between Jira and SmartSheets however, we are not seeing the new values aded to the dropdown list with SmartSheet.

How do I get the new Jira values to display in SmartSheets?

Hi Jeanne,

At the moment when you update a picklist in Jira the mapped column in Smartsheet will not be updated automatically. As a workaround, you can update the column using the following steps:

1. Edit the Jira Connector Workflow and remove the picklist field in Field Mappings in the "Fields" section
2. Re-add the the picklist field with the (new column) option and save the workflow

The new column will include the updated picklist values, and the old column can be deleted. The alternative would be to simply manually update the column with new values in Smartsheet when needed.
