Published Sheets : Column Names Not Displaying For Certain Embedded Sheets

Good afternoon Community :)

I have question concerning sheets that I have embedded on my intranet page. I use (and publish) different sheets to my company's intranet page, and for some reason only one of the sheets reflect the column names.

What is odd about this is that the sheet that shows the column name is the exact same as the others not reflecting the information ("save as new" feature was used). Even after reviewing all of the publishing features within Smartsheet, I am unable to locate any that disable column names from displaying.

Could I have some assistance figuring out how to resolve this issue? I've attached some snippets of how the correct embedded Smartsheet is displaying verse the one(s) not functioning.

Hello,

This doesn't seem like expected behavior. I would suggest viewing the published item in different browsers to see if you notice a difference. You might also want to follow the troubleshooting steps listed under: Smartsheet Is Continuously Loading, Not Responding, or Not Displaying Certain Items.

If you're not able to resolve this issue, please reach out to our Support team to troubleshoot further.

Is there an update on this question? I am also having this issue. Column headers are not displayed when the page is loaded. The user must click the 3 vertical dots and then click refresh for the headers to show.
