I have attempted multiple strategies to send multiple rows based on a trigger. The automation only sends the row where the trigger event occurs. Below is the Automation logic, The email that was sent and the data in the sheet.

The workflow checks what is true on a row by row basis, so you'll have to make the same changes to all rows that you want to include or update the workflow or sheet with a formula to, for example, change all children rows when the parent is changed.

That makes sense when you explain it like that. The explanation in the help center is not that detailed "Condition block - Used to filter which rows are included in workflow actions on the same path".

That is why I assumed I could accomplish what I was trying to do. than yo for the additional details.
