One SmartSheet - Five Separate Forms - Possible Overwritten? How can I retrieve old forms data?

Hi there,

Is there a way to retrieve old form data and have the output into a new smartsheet? The information may have been deleted or overwritten with each new iteration of the form as the new information was not added or archived. But the forms are still there with the amount of responses. Please help!

Hi Andrée,

Thank you so much for the quick response and yes, I have! However, I hope that perhaps the community may have encountered a similar issue with a resolution. I was recently tasked with this and require the information for our management with a tight turn-around so any crowd-sourced information would be greatly appreciated as well!

One thing you can try is to export the Activity Log and find all the submissions there.

Thank you for that suggestion Andrée. As I was recently brought on to the project the Activity Log only goes as far back as I came on board, the data and changes may have been made over the span of 5 years.
