Can the Sys Admin view the overall user activity in Center of Excellence for the assigned account?

As part of the Smartsheet roll out at our company, we 'assigned' our paid license employees several Center of Excellence Training Modules/Courses with different dates to get them completed. I am the Sys Admin and trying to verify who has completed their modules and who has not. Do I as the Sys Admin have access to view all our users activities in the COE? The COE modules don't have completion certificates that print out identifying the person who completed the course and I feel like a kindergarten teacher standing over our employees at their desk telling them to open up smart sheet and show me their work in the center of excellence.

Has anyone else run into this? Or have a solution they use at their company that they could share/suggest?

If you are set up as your company's group manager in the Center of Excellence, then you should be able to access a dashboard that will show you each user's progress within your company. If you are unable to find this dashboard, please contact training@smartsheet.com and they will be able to set you up as a group manager.

Thank you @Genevieve P! This was very helpful. I have contacted training@smartsheet.com and requested assistance with group manager set-up. I don't believe this was ever set up for us during our implementation assistance period.
