@Andrée Starå Good evening Andree- would you mind sharing this form that you created with me as well? You have shared your created items with me prior (aaron.smith@hmhco.com).
Please let me know if you'd prefer that I send you an email as well (for tracking purposes perhaps)?
Appreciate all your continued responses and support!

@Andrée Starå I am also interested in your methodology for how you solved this issue. I am trying to create a parts list based on answers from a questionnaire.

@Andrée Starå I commented on another post yesterday but forgot to tag you. I think your solution is exactly what I am looking for. Can you please send me an example as well?
Thanks you!

@Andrée Starå I am breaking my head on this issue as well. We need have a form to register participants in a training session in a village, a region and some other repetitive information for all participants. We don't want to add the name of the village each. Could your solution handle this? If yes, please share with me - victor@mis4d.com
Thanks!

Hello, I am also curious about this topic.
We are trying to use it for timecards for the field staff, the supervisors sometimes work on multiple jobs, is there away to enable multiple lines?

@Andrée Starå I would appreciate it if you could forward this solution to me as well! Thanks

I would love an update on this as well. I want to create a form that captures multiple updates in staff for a particular location. It would be incredibly helpful to distribute the fields like this:
Location Name Add/Remove
I'd prefer not to have "Location 1, Name 1" etc.
Thanks much for your help!

@Andrée Starå can you please send me the solution as well?
I'd like to create one form that will populate the information in two or more different sheets. For example, information collected from the form will be collected in the main information sheet but also into department specific sheets based on the department they select when completing the form.
Thank you for your help.

Hi @Andrée Starå can you also provide me this information - I am hoping to do the same, have the form keep all of the same info except one or two fields to in essence duplicate the row down with the minor changes. This also would alleviate the user from having to fill in multiple fields again.

Hi @Andrée Starå. I've been following this thread. Would you be able to share your solution with me please? I have users that need to enter multiple entries into the form and I'm trying to avoid making multiple columns on my sheet to capture their data. Thanks in advance.

Interested if this 2nd form would be able to retain the current form data, so the user could then change some of the data IE submitted test case 1 with all data, last field results = successful, then submitted test case 2 with all data but changed the last field results = Failure.
The form would still capture the username, email, department, etc
