Smartsheet and SMS

Hi All ,

I have two concerns.

1 ) The first one is how to connect efficiently Smartheet to a SMS application so that when managing a project for example, a SMS is sent to some defined persons when a task is 100% completed.

2) My second concern is about a video seminar as part of ENGAGE 18 , entitled " Deep dive project management " . In this video we can see that it is possible to perform status collection by sending a text message to a defined number.

Can I be guided regarding these two concerns ?

Hi @ALAIN-STEPHANE,

It looks like you'll need to use Zapier to create an integration that allows you to send SMS messages from Smartsheet: https://zapier.com/apps/smartsheet/integrations/sms

Also, I was not able to find the video you referenced. Do you mind providing a link?
