Blurry Text on Chart Title

When adding a Title to the various widgets, all have sharp text except for the Chart widget. The Title block on that one is always blurry. Is there a bug in how that widget renders its Title? The titles in the screenshot below are using the same font and text size.

In fact, all the text on the chart widget is blurry. Not just the title.

To add - you may want to check that your zoom setting on your browser is at 100% as well.

I'm at 100%. Using Chrome. I now see that this has been mentioned many times in the Community (I should have searched first... shame on me). Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have been fixed yet.

The text on mine crisps up at 90% zoom in Chrome.
