Call Center
My new challenge is building a service dispatch system within Smarthsheet. I have wanted to do this for a very long time. I am attempting to get alot of information into the sheet and would welcome any help. Im looking to make it like an airport type screen. I am trying to get:
Schedule
Ticket # (CSR#) & Details
Location of FSR/NZ Resources
Date/Calendar
Hours Worked per week
Leave approved / T.O.

Contacted your sales team and was transferred to Support. Then was told that hours could not be displayed in timelines. We just purchased so not sure if the ink is even dry yet, but need to find a solution before we go further.

I have a few questions and need some help as we just purchased the Enterprise Application, i believe. I will be the US Administrator and have reuquested some funds for technical assistance. I would like to connect by Skype, or some other means, to be able to fully show what i would like. Timing is key here as we have to have a colution in place by next monday.
