View completed form

A completed form fills into a smartsheet for me to view, however I would like to view the form itself with the fields filled in. Other than the notification email I receive that says the form has been completed, is there a way to view each form that is submitted with the completed fields?

You could set up an extra checkbox column called "Reviewed" then send out an automatic update request that sends only the columns in the form plus the checkbox column.

You would see what was submitted in a more form-like view, then check the box to say reviewed and submit.

You could print the rows to PDF or use a third-party service like Google Docs and then save each row as a PDF.

Andree, thank you! I don't think it will solve my problem for making it something that can be edited, however I wasn't aware of the "print row to PDF" option which is super helpful for being able to view the completed information as a form rather than as cells. Thank you!

It would be nice if Smartsheets saved the actual form submissions so you could view the submissions either in the rows or the completed form itself. I didn't realize the forms weren't actual forms you couldn't go back to.

I agree! The form is so pretty and nice that it doesn't make sense why we can't see the completed form in that same format. It's easier to read than in the spreadsheet.

If you open the row options and select to edit the row through there, the row will be displayed in a vertical format (same as a form).
