Alerts for Created (Date) Column
I can't seem to find a way to set an alert if the Created Date changes. This would essentially only alert me when a user filled out the web-form and not if someone changed the contents of the row. I have an employee that needs to know when a new row is added, but doesn't need add'l updates when other employees massage the data.

How are the rows added?
If by WebForm, add a check box column that is hidden and defaults checked when the form is submitted. Key the notification off that.
If not, then add a check box column with a formula =1
Make sure all rows have that formula. When a new row is added, it will see the formula and auto-fill.
Key the notification off that.
These two solutions may not be compatible, so you might need to two columns (the webform can populate the formula, only the result)
