We have 2 accounts - one business and one normal need to transfer user to business account
Hello - we have 2 accounts and licensed user has already created sheets under the lower level account...we would like to upgrade her account to the business account license. How can that be done? When the business license admin tries to add me it won't let him b/c I"m already a licensed user at the lower account....

If you invite anyone who is already a part of another Smartsheet account, that account's System Admin must first remove them from the account before you can successfully invite them to your account. The user can also request to be removed from the account by following the instruction outlined here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476821-leave-your-current-smartsheet-account
