Out of office Calendar
Hi, I would like to build a sheet to collect inputs from my team across the regions to share to the entire team the planned “out of office” period. These could be half day (morning or afternoon) or full day. I plan to use a FORM to manage the input entries but I’m looking for a way to display well the scheduled “afternoons” well in the Gantt Chart weekly view (example Start date March 20th, End Date March 20th and the ‘Afternoon’ type column selected). In summary : how to display a ‘afternoon’ scheduled task (1/2 day) in afternoon in the Gantt Chart vie (and not displayed in the morning as it is by default)
Thanks in advance for your feedbacks/suggestions

Thanks for your help to know how to display a half day task (stand-alone with no dependency) duration in the afternoon in the Gantt Chart

Hi @Samuel Leroy,
At this time, you'll need to enable dependencies in order to display a half-day duration in Gantt View. Also, when dependencies are enabled, the half-day taskbar will appear at the beginning of the day.
When you have a moment, submit a Product Enhancement Request to let our Product team know that you'd like to have these functionalities in Smartsheet.
