Looks & format of automated emails
Hello,
I would like to use automated emails & reminders for client-facing communication. But the amount of irrelevant information enclosed is a problem.
Are there currently solutions to any of these?
1- Unnecessary header that has a Log In button next to it which confuses external contacts who do "NOT" need to get into the trackers.
2- Text font is different from the information automatically included => unprofessional
3- I definitely do not wish to share link & name of the internal sheet + all timestamp in the communications?
4- Same problem at the footer of the automated email. Since we can send notifications unrestricted (meaning t emails that are not even signed in to Smartsheet), then I really don't see why this should go out in the footer:

We recently released an update where you can now choose to only send the message from your automated alert without providing a link to the source sheet in the email. Our Release Notes page has more information, see here!
Keep in mind that if you want to send a message without a sheet link, but you also want some of the row content included in that message, you can add this dynamic data into your message by using specific formatting in your text (see our Help Center article on this, here.)

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the appearance much at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
As a possible workaround, to make it look a little better, if possible, could be to use placeholders instead for the information that is included in the message.

@Abnoos Moslehi I totally agree. The automated emails are only good for INTERNAL use.. Not for External facing non-Smartsheet users. I am going to have to resort to a email third party app to resolve.
Any ideas? I saw in another post you made this suggestion.
I may have to get a developer to write an API and email out the letter to accomplish.
