Emails not working
Since the new update we have found that sending update requests are not going out to email addresses within our company org - anyone else find this problem?

We are seeing the same issue today.
No email when sheet is being shared or when request for comment has been sent.

And also for us it is not working.

Hi,
I've added a new user and the email hasn't come through in the last hour. This might be related.
Also the whole system has been a bit flaky and unresponsive this morning, throwing people out, not being able to log in etc.

I had a similar problem last week.
I shared a sheet with a number of new users as well as some that already use Smartsheet.
Most of those that are already exisiting users of Smartsheet received the email, but those who were new to it didn't receive the email for a few hours.
I contacted technical support at Smartsheet and was told that it was likely to be an issue our end. However, it appears there may be a wider problem here.

All seems to be working now, maybe it was the system settling down after a major upgrade?
Maybe we will hear more shortly from the community managers?

For us it is still not working...

Tested this today, and it appears to work ok. I just sent one to myself, but it came through in a timely fashion.

I just tested to 3 different mail systems with 2 different sheets, gmail, Office365 and Outlook.com (almost the same as Office365) and none of them came through, and no not in Junk mail or any other folders with any rules set...

It seems this is now only an issue with Office 365 as I received the mails on Gmail and Outlook.com. I have not received mail on Office 365 yet.

I've resent the "new user" email, but still no sign of it on O365.
It'll be embaressing if I've spelt something wrong, but I don't think so.
Is this a fault at the moment?

I shared about 18 sheets this mornign and cc'd myself and got an email for each.

I wonder if this is an issue with Outlook / Office 365? Our office manager is not receiving cc'd update requests to her company 365 email. She then sent a test update request to my company 365 email; I didn't receive the email. She then sent a test request to my personal gmail account and it came through just fine.

Hello Everyone—
Our email servers may have been delayed due to the downtime, as the entire application was taken offline. Typically, this causes our email servers to have to catch up, which causes delays until the servers get through the queue of emails.
As for any loading issues, on December 11th, our Operations team noticed technical issues with the Home tab and Resource Management as a result of our downtime maintenance on December 10th.

This is still not working for us we have found now that some emails are being received from smartsheet system emails eg update requests but still nothing to an office365 email which is what most of our team use!

I also am having trouble with email invitations being sent. I initiated a invitations for new contacts this afternoon, but none have been received.
