Since the new update we have found that sending update requests are not going out to email addresses within our company org - anyone else find this problem?
I am also wondering if it is a problem isolated to office365 I wonder how we can get that checked?
Hi All—Please contact Support@Smartsheet.com for further troubleshooting on this issue.
Can confirm we are still not receieving emails at all.
We have been told to whitelist the domain. We will NOT be doing this as a band-aid solution. This needs to be fixed.
Emails have been working from smartsheet for the last 12months without issues. They upgrade a system and all of a sudden it is for us to fix on our end. Don't think so....
Hello Ryan,
Whitelisting our email relays is recommended even when emails are successfully received.
As we move servers, which is a necessary step to ensure the quality of service of Smartsheet, our IP addresses change; however, our email relay points don't.
If your company's security system blocks automated emails from Smartsheet (or any Smartsheet service, for that matter), this is an issue that your company's IT team needs to address in order for you to get a resolution.
We're unable to modify your company's security in any way, and due to this, we recommend having your company's IT team whitelist the following email relays to prevent blocking of automatic emails from Smartsheet:
ord.relay.smartsheet.com
iad.relay.smartsheet.com
Please direct any further questions on this to Support@Smartsheet.com (even if you may have already contacted our Support team).
