Forms- Individual Responses

Hi,

Is there a way we can view the submitted individual responses of the forms and in the form format not in a sheet or grid?

    Hi,

    There are a few options.

    • Edit Row to show the row similar to the form

To edit the contents of a cell in a form, click the drop-down arrow next to a row's number and select Edit to open the form.

    • Print row where you can select to include/exclude hidden columns

The Selected Rows option will be available only if you select rows prior to clicking the Print button. Choose between Entire Sheet or Selected Rows.

To select a single row, click its row number. To select multiple rows, click one row number, and then hold down the Ctrl key (Command on Mac) and click the row numbers for any additional rows you'd like to include in the PDF.

    • Automatically through a Workflow with an alert to send a copy of each form submission

Would any of those options work/help? Which one do you prefer?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!

    Best,

    Hi Andree,

This is very helpful but it took me 5 minutes to figure out where he "Edit Row function" is. This is a good alternative, but we should improve the features more direct like to have "Preview Submitted Forms Feature" or Submitted Forms Library which is very helpful for Document management. I'm using forms for online documentation. So after I finding the Edit Row Function, I converted a row into form and select the arrow down button to print the submitted form and save it as pdf file and upload it in the attach file column on my sheet or grid.Thank you very much for answering my question.

    Excellent!

    Happy to help!

Also, I agree that it would be a great feature to have the forms stored as they are submitted.

  • I have found another solution using the workflow:

Create a "Contact" column and leave blank and allow multiple entries. The name of the column will be in the workflow.

    Create a workflow as follows:

This will send a copy of the submitted form to the email addresses in the column of that row!
