Automation are not being sent out
Hello,
I have created a few Automations to be sent out to Contacts in my Smartsheet and I am testing it to a few people first, and therefore set in a condition to only use that person's e-mail. However the automations are not being sent out now; had them set to send at 06:00, 07:00 & 08:00 which haven't gone, though they were sent a couple of days ago! Please can you advice me on how to resolve this issue.

Ok.
Yes, the time zones can be troublesome sometimes, but it should work according to the time zone shown underneath the workflow.
It could be a temporary glitch because of updates to Smartsheet.
Let me know if doesn't work now going forward.

Hi Helen,
First, make sure to check the Permission.setting for the Automations. (cog in the upper right corner in the Automation overview)
If that doesn't work, can you maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some more screenshots of the sheet? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Hey Andrée,
As explained in my other communication with you, due to time differences my automations are sent an hour later than what I select. For example if I select 09:00 UK time in my automation it will actually send it at 10:00 UK time, even though I am set to GMT in my settings! I can work with this for now, however a solution to this problem I am having would be greatly received.
