Link sheets to a master sheet

I would like to link my sheet/cells/rows in my To Do sheet to my boss's Master sheet, so whatever change I make in my sheet, e.g. adding rows for additional tasks, would automatically show up in his Master sheet. He wants to have a sheet where he can view everyone's sheets at a glance in one place. I tried cell linking, but the rows I added didn't show up in my boss' master sheet. Can you please me with this? He doesn't want to make reports every time.

Why not just pull a single report and then reference everyone's sheets at the same time?
