We are unable to use the drop-down option to update the % completion of our projects but it allows us to manually update it. It has being like this for about a week. How do I fix it?

If you're using dependencies on your sheet, there isn't a way to automatically update the % complete based on a dropdown value. More on the dependencies functionality is available in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765727
If you're not using dependencies on your sheet, it's likely that you were using formulas to populate the % complete values based on the dropdown value. You may need to recreate the formulas if they were deleted. Details on using formulas can be found here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/775363-using-formulas
