Trouble signing in
Hello to all, here's my problem: When users want to access a specific sheet, they are shown the following message when logging in:
However, the users have already been equipped with editor rights. So what exactly is the problem? Maybe someone knows this error message and can help me. I have already tested everything possible and have not found a solution.

Do you get the message in Smartsheet or somewhere else?

Hi Andrée,
I found out that the message appears when the Microsoft account is used to login. Also, some do not have a Smartsheet account. I think that might be the problem?!
