formatting/showing comments in change notifications

Hello,

I wish comments in change notification could be displayed in a way that links them visually with the row they are for. Perhaps right below the row, or as a separate column?

Listing all the new comments at the bottom of the email with row index is not very readable / user friendly. Especially if there are a lot of changes.
