Forms do not redirect, shows confirmation message instead

One of my clients have +50 forms.

After conditional logic update for forms, several of them stopped redirecting and started showing "confirmation message" instead. Forms are working since ~2017 unchanged and are used in plain mode. No iframes.

We have tried duplicating forms, creating new forms - all of them DO NOT redirect, but show the confirmation message instead.

I have set a workaround where url is set in text at confirmation message, but my client wants a redirect.

Does anybody know the which that caused all this dark magic? :)

I just tested it, and you’re correct. It doesn’t work.

If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

I agree with Andrée, this is not expected behaviour... please do submit a ticket with our Support Team so we can troubleshoot this with you!
