I would like to schedule publication of a dashboard to be sent on a weekly basis. Does Smartsheet have this capability?
I'm not sure I understand.
A) Do you mean you want to use the "publish" function of a dashboard on a given date in the future?
Answer wold be that this is not possible.
B) "weekly basis" makes me think you maybe want to send a link to the dashboard on a regular basis.
Answer would be, that there actually is no direct way.
But a work-around would be to set up automation in one of the underlying sheets of your dashboard. If there are frequent changes these can trigger a notification. A trigger could be a change in the sheet or other criteria. The link to your dashboard could then be sent regularly every friday 12 noon or some other time.
Hope this helps

The 3 columns are Dropdown lists for Yes/No and the Status is a Text/Number, is that the issues? If not how do i fix that?
