Disable editing the row after checking checkbox

Hello All

Is it possible to lock, or disable editing a row in SS after the checkbox has been checked for that row? If yes, would it be possible to even add this option for a specific user? (meaning me, as an admin can still edit anything, but a foremen, who has checked the box, cannot edit the row afterwards)

Hi Sander,

yes you can.

Use automation for this. The trigger is setting the checkbox and the resulting action is locking the row.

For yourself you don't need to do anything because an admin can always edit locked rows and columns.
