Cannot upload more than three documents

I have a user that cannot upload/attach more than three documents at a time. here is the process

1. creates grid
2. adds line item
3. drags and drops 3 different documents.
4. drags the 4th document. she gets an error
5. "The file "Invoice.pdf" that you have selected is empty (zero bytes in size) and cannot be uploaded."

The file is not blank. I tried the same thing and it worked. I am a licensed user and she is not. Is there a size limit on document uploads per session. Note also, if she closes her browser and re-opens she can add the 4th document but still cannot add more than 3 at a time.

To rule out browser issues.

Which browser are you using?

Also, try the browser in incognito mode to rule out an add-on issue.
