Change Management: Multiple projects > Consolidate into one
Hi there,
I have multiple change projects to track within the general IT PMO along with other non-change projects. My goal is to consolidate them and list them underneath the 'change' category and so I'm trying to figure out the best way to organize them without listing them all out and clogging the other non-change projects out. I'd be interested in learning how others have organized their change management IT processes within smartsheets for the best flow, view, and tracking of projects.
Thanks!
Tim

Hello @Tim Axell !
Although I don't track any projects, I thought I'd provide a couple suggestions that may help with your management process :)
Here's a screenshot of a test sheet I created. You can create Hierarchy to split the sheet for tracking different changes.
You could then use Conditional Formatting to highlight certain rows when a criteria is met. Such as, if the status = Project, color the row or specifics cells green. See more on these here:

Conditional Formatting: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/516359-conditional-formatting

In addition to this, there may be a premade template in our template gallery that may assist in tracking projects / changes. Here's the link to the gallery: https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/template-gallery
Let me know if I can help in anyway!
