Finding an average within a sheet summary
Have copied a sheet summary to each of my projects (350+) and I have created a sheet summary report pulling the data that I need.
I am pulling the start and end date for a certain activity and the number of days between them...
Now what I am trying to do is find and average # of days for the items that are on the report....
Any ideas how I do that?

This is one of those "do I need to know or do I need to report" questions. If you need to know, open the report and click on the column header then look in the bottom right of the report.
If you need to report this becomes a fair bit more complicated. You can take 4 sheets and have ~100 Cross sheet links on each one to the sheet summaries to post the values, post your values to those 4 sheet summaries, and pull those values finally into a last grid sheet and calculate your average
