Is there a way to Formula Variables in Sheet Summary changeable?

I have also gotten two other error statements Big and Small. The one in white has been consistently appearing. I thought it was a requirement to log out and log back in.

Date Field = with calendar option - ##/##/####

I am not sure why the "log out then back in" error is appearing. As for the other errors...
Your #DATE EXPECTED error is saying that you are not pulling an actual date value. What exactly do you have in that field?
The #UNPARSEABLE errors (assuming they are the same formula as in [Daily Count Joe]# with the name tweaked) is because there are multiple issues with how the formula itself is written. What exactly are you trying to accomplish with that formula?

Hi @Doyle54
@L@123 tagged me earlier in this post and I'm glad to see that a few of the issues have been resolved since then, such as the Contact List column being formatting as Contacts and now appearing in the correct section of the Report.
I also believe that I am the agent that you have a coaching session booked with tomorrow, so I look forward to having a screen share session with you where we can go through some of these items together. We can adjust your workflow permissions settings to ensure that your contacts will receive emails, and test out why that date column is not appearing in the WHEN section of your Report.
In the meantime, it would be very useful to see the formulas you are using in the Sheet Summary so that Paul, L@123, and I can help resolve these errors here in the Community.
Thanks!

Smartsheet is Very lucky to have generous supporters and consultants like Paul, @L@123, Andre (P@A). They go a long way to softening SS management's mistakes. Sincere Thank you. C.😎
G - As a 30 year CFA Member and former Company Analyst and Investment Banker, I am accustomed to "Real Conversations" not fluffing. Please don't try to put an inappropriate Positive Spin on the bad situation for SS sake. (Again, as repeatedly stated, a 2 Minute exercise that still does not work properly several hours later is not an improvement.) I am not, simultaneously, simply bashing SS. I understand SS Senior Management corporate strategies well and am very experienced quantifying their path right up to the point that they are allowing, even encouraging, a software platform with major holes. Specifically, SS management has made deliberate decisions to short support, documentation, and coding. You et al SS must own your management's shortcomings.
So, I hear your effort to Generally set our coaching Session targets. Now hear me. I have a significant environmental spill that I need to check on but will be back. I am going to put together my list of questions, expectations, my exit goals, post them to P@A and you for a pre-meeting confirmation, then we are going to have our session with notes, and there will be a Post Session summary - short, medium, long term implications. This is the environment that I am accustomed to on a systems and operations basis and have worked in the US and internationally - Russia, Hungary, Europe, Asia, Latin A, etc for decades and decades. Handle my approach as you might but my intention is to "paper" a serious request and look for a serious SS response. I have a speech at a Virtual NASDEQ conference coming up and if I can't get full value from a SS coaching session, at least I will have a Case Study to reference in my speech.

I haven't had much time today. I use something called Mindmap as a high level visual and concept integration tool. I will explain them tomorrow as well as how my challenges, current apps, and goals fit. Below is a list of the 24 apps I have constructed so far.

Hi @Doyle54
Thank you for the images and outlining the different issues that need to be worked through. Pro Desk sessions are coaching calls that are intended to help provide guidance and train users in the product, however based on this information I believe these issues require a troubleshooting call with our Support team.
I’ve arranged for one of my colleagues in the Support team to reach out at the same time as your booked Pro Desk session, today, so you can expect to hear from them soon.
Thanks,
Genevieve

Your languaging suggests I was only interested in error statements. Actually the Two Mindmaps raise questions about both problems and future directions ("help provide guidance and train users in the product"). How can I fully receive the assistance that I am asking for?
Also, the office here does not open till 7AM. I usually stay till 8PM. Do you do late calls?

Hi @Doyle54
My colleague has reached out privately via email to arrange a time for a call that would work for you. This is to both troubleshoot the error statement that is asking you to log out/in again as well as help answer your other questions.
In the meantime, we'd be happy to continue to provide assistance and suggestions in the Community for some of the questions that don't require a screen share, for example the formulas above.
Looking back at that screen capture it seems that there are a few additional = signs that are likely causing the error. For a COUNTIFS like this you only need the one = sign at the beginning.
Try this:
=COUNTIFS([PadInsp]:[PadInsp], IFERROR(TODAY(),""), [Field Off]:[Field Off], "Joe Davis")
Keep in mind that this is looking for the text "Joe Davis". Since your contact column is showing his email instead of a name, you may want to swap that out for his email address in the formula instead.
For the #Date Expected error, it would be helpful to see the formula you're using, as Paul requested above.
Here are some Help Center articles that may be helpful: COUNTIFS function / Different Formula Errors
In addition to the Community, Pro Desk sessions, and contacting Support, your account also has access to the Center of Excellence for e-learning courses. There is a course on Sheet Summaries (see here), and another one on Intermediate Formula creation which includes a section on COUNTIFS (see here).
Let me know if the formula above has worked for you!
Thanks,
Genevieve

Genevieve - Where is your thumbs up option? I did talk to your associate, Jim - Thank you. I gave him 3 MindMap documents which contained "Tight" images of my current challenges, the platform of Apps I have created and am working with, and the macro concept of Tracking. I can send you them as well. I did manage to get the Countif running but I appreciate your code which includes the IfError Function. I have also been looking at the @cell and @run functions to incorporate into my Apps.
Just one critical point to make. I do want SS and you to know that I welcome humor and fun in our discussions. That stated, I sign a commitment document every year, per Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) standards, for a senior corporate level organization as a member, CFA Society, which literally and specifically, obligates my maximum effort for my employer/client. I take the obligation very seriously; page 125 in their 354 page Standards of Practice document. I don’t want to push and get hard with anyone. But I have a Major obligation to my employer and everyone in the group I work with – the Tribe – that, per that signed document, I use all of my skills and knowledge on their behalf and treat their needs with a very serious commitment.
I also yet worn out being a Swiss Army Knife – petroleum & environmental engineer, etc and now commercial drone flying and SS. So, I apologize if my email languaging has an edge. Regardless, I appreciate your effort, your fellow support people and, of course, your wonderful community member specialists and thank you for your patience
Have a Great Weekend and as always, I am always very grateful for your comments and advice.
Sincerely,
Carey

Finally got with Pro Desk.
Pro Desk helped with SS responsibility for software crashes. I really appreciate their dealing with it. I did mention my major disappointment that it took over a week for someone from SS to identify the cause. They also, after trying about 7 ideas, found that my primary sheet was corrupted and Date Columns started appearing in the When Aspect in Report Building. So I appreciate Ben spending 40 minutes.
That stated, SS Pro Desk does not deal with programming or systems planning. He could not help me with my question regarding executing on a different sheet. He is actually the third SS tech who could not help. I cannot find any article on it in your learning or community. Would any of you Brilliant Handsome Gracious Consultant Contributors have any ideas? Carey
