What does it mean: Field values equal to cell sizes?

I read the following from the Sheet Summary Page https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/smartsheet-intermediate/sheet-summary, but couldn't understand the statement highlighted in bold:
Sheet Summary supports the following:
- Up to 200 fields (does not count against sheet columns)
- Field Names up to 50 characters
- Field values equal to cell sizes
- Up to 500 drop down options
What does it mean: Field values equal to cell sizes?

Hi Vivien,
Since Sheet Summary Fields are essentially one cell (versus being a full column), this means that the cell size limitations apply to Summary Fields. This bolded statement is referring to that you can have up to 4,000 characters in each cell. (See here)
Cheers,
Genevieve
