Alert not sent to email
I have set up a very basic alert workflow which doesn't seem to send an email to one specific recipient. The workflows is: when a row is added, notify 3 people (two are @company, one is @gmail.com). However, only two of them receive a message. The alert isn't sent to one of the two @company recipients.
The automation permission is set to Unrestricted. I checked with the person who isn't receiving an email, and there's no message in her spam list.
Is anybody able to assist?
