Automatically display the most recent text-based comments into a dashboard

Does anyone have any guidance of how to take a response a form that could be several sentences and feed it into a dashboard preferably chronologically?

I'm setting up a survey where volunteer rate their experience at an event (which fits into a chart nicely) and then can leave additional comments that I would like displayed with the metrics.
