Published Sheets Don't Show Up in Interface

When I publish a sheet it is not available in my smartsheet interface to Pin, or find via shared sheets. I understand not in the shared sheets, but would be nice to be able to pin in the recently viewed sheets.

Is there a way to accomplish this? Right now have to have people bookmark in a browser.

You're correct - there's no way to "pin" a published link within Smartsheet, as these links could be sent out to anyone, regardless on whether they have a Smartsheet account or not. A published link is a unique URL that anyone can access without logging in to Smartsheet, and it is a different URL than the sheet itself.

Your solution of having users bookmark this link in a browser is a great one and is exactly what I would have suggested!

Alternatively, you could create a Dashboard to share to your users which contains quick-links to different published sheets or other Smartsheet items. Then they could pin this Dashboard as a Favourite or a frequently accessed item from within Smartsheet.
