Email notification

I'm working with a sheet that is somewhat critical to the leadership of my org. My sheet requires updates from many people. I've managed to setup the reminders to the group for updates but I would like to know when they do so.

Is it possable that anytime a update to my sheet is made, I receive a email with update to status. If so please tell me how to do so.
