how to trigger mail notification in predecessor date

in smartsheet , it's possible to trigger notification on predecessor  date. date is not fix, change in every month.

If I'm understanding this correctly, you're looking to see if it's possible to trigger a notification to send out on a date in a row with a predecessor value listed. If this is the case, you should be able to create a date/time-based alert and set your specified date column in the trigger box. The email will send out on the date listed so if it changes to a later date, the workflow will run an updated evaluation at that time and send out the email accordingly.

If the goal is to only send the emails on rows with predecessors listed or if you want to add other conditions that need to be met first before the emails can send, you could use the Conditions block in the workflow window.

If this doesn't address what you're looking to accomplish, please provide some more details and maybe some screenshots of your sheet (with sensitive/confidential information removed, blocked, and/or replaced with "test" data) and I'll be happy to assist further.
