Auto-populate Cell after trigger
Hi Everyone,
I am trying to auto-populate a cell with a date based on status "Sent to Client" (dropdown) being selected. I have this functionality already working with the formula: =(IF(Status@row = "Sent to Client", TODAY())).
How do I replicate this action for a different date cell based off of a different status? I want to KEEP the date that appears once "Sent to Client" is selected. I want a new date to populate in a separate cell after the new status is selected. Included a snip of what I am referring to.

Unfortunately that is not a capability out of the box. I would suggest submitting a product enhancement request here I know it has been requested to be able to add time stamp dates before but the more it is requested the better chance of it getting looked at.

Would an index reference work if I shot that date data to another sheet and then re-referenced it back to the original cell? Or you think I am I creating a loop at this point?

Hi @kzulpo
Have a look at the method I developed here.
Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
