How can you change the background color in a form?

1) How can you change the background color in a form that is already created?

2) Is it possible to add a company logo to a form that is already created?

I have made the changes in my account settings but the form was created prior to the change.

Can someone provide step by step instructions on how to accomplish this?

Yes. First, make sure the source Sheet that contains the form is in a workspace. Then, right click the Workspace and select "Workspace Colors & Logo..."

In the Colors Settings Menu you can change the background color and add a logo.
