Auto generated emails taking 30 mins to get back to user

Afternoon,

It appears that the automatically generated emails in smartsheet are taking upto 30 minutes to come back to the user.

Is there a system issue?

There was an issue earlier.

Delay to Smartsheet Mail Delivery

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring to ensure the continued stability of this feature.

Identified - We have identified the issue and have taken action to resolve it. The service is recovering and we will continue to monitor.

Investigating - Our monitoring systems have detected some email delivery delays of app-generated emails such as those generated from automation rules, sheets sent as an attachment, or password resets.

We are investigating and will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.
