I am making one for a schedule in another country and I want to be able to change that without changing the holidays for all of my spreadsheets.

Be aware that a change made by your SysAdmin to the default holidays only effects new sheets, not existing ones and requires a Team license or higher.

Click Edit next to this heading to configure the length of working days, as well as designate non-working and holidays, for purposes of scheduling your projects. Your selection will be applied to all new sheets created by licensed users on the account. Existing project sheets won't be affected by your changes.
