No notifications for tagged comments on card view for some users
On our sheet, people add comments to cards and tag people that need to know the information, however sometimes a notification is not being sent. This appears to be happening when the user commenting does not have a first & last name that appears when they comment but rather just their email. Any ideas what may be causing this? This issue can be costly by causing delays due to information not arriving to the intended recipient.
