How are automation emails decided

Good Morning,

I was wondering how the email sent out determine what email it is listed from. For example I change a field which triggers an email to be sent to steve@company.com. How is it determined whose name will be listed like below as from. I wonder because for some reason although someone else made the actual change that triggered the email. It seemed to be me listed for the below email that it is from me since I created the Smartsheet and automation. The below is an example of this. How can I have it so the person who triggered the automation is the one listed instead of me.

It always shows the owner of the sheet it’s sent from.

I have emails from other people as well though where I made the smartsheet and everything else, but someone else made the change to trigger the automation (and is not a smartsheet licensed user) that lists their name instead?
