Revision to change tracking
I changed a column to "Locked" this morning and now all of that data shows up highlighted in the track changes view. I wouldn't consider this a change worthy of highlighting in everybody's reports. Can you please remove this type of change from the highlighting filter? The same goes for changing a column format - I changed a text/number column by using the currency formatting and now all that data is highlighted as changed.Β I am very pleased that the change tracking recognizes when someone pastes the same value in and doesn't highlight it as changed

In my view, "Highlight Changes" should only highlight cells where the value actually changed.

As you've found, locking a column or changing the column type does trigger cells in that column to be highlighted, and we currently don't have a way to prevent this functionality. I've got your vote down for this on our enhancement request list for further consideration.
