How best to link 3 columns from a mastersheet to a secondary sheet.

Hello,

I've had a colleague come to me with a query about how best to link 2 sheets. Her enquiry includes a handy diagram:

I'm wondering if cell linking would be best bet here? I realise this would obviously require her to keep having to action this for the 3 columns in question, when a new row of data is entered but it would mean the data is pushed from the mastersheet to the secondary sheet.

Thank you in advance - any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you have some type of unique Identifier on each row, you could use formulas such as VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH (preferred) to pull the data. Then when a new row is added to the master, they should only have to add the unique identifier to the second sheet in the very next available row to have autofill grab the formulas from above and pull everything down.
