Technically it is possible but the only way I could think of doing it would be a lot of work and not worth it trust me. You can set up a daily one though so it is something. Only issue is they would have to find the original approval email. Personally at my work we use reports and dynamic views with a listing of what a person has to approve and they do it there this way they can go there whenever and update multiple items at once.
