Smartsheet Automation Triggers itself

Hi,

I have this weird case where Smartsheet automation suddenly changes the details in my data which triggered other automation that it shouldn't have because it was already acted upon. See figure below:

As you can see, there is this Rica that has edited it to 0.00 and then Smartsheet reverted it back. However, as i checked the activity log, this Rica was only viewing the sheet.

I wonder what triggered it and how to prevent it in the future especially that it triggers automation.

Update: it happened again. I checked the activity log and reviewed by automation, there are no activities that could trigger submission. I have also added conditions in order to stop unnecessary notifications, but this happened again.
